The density is 300 homes divided by about 4 acres, which is about 75 homes an acre. The built-up figure is a project total, not a size per home, and Concorde has not announced apartment sizes, towers or floors.
Concorde Electronic City is not registered with K-RERA as at 7 October 2026. Confirm any registration before you pay anything. Concorde has not announced a price for this project as at 7 October 2026. Concorde E City is the short form of the same name, and Concorde has not yet named the project, so the name may change when it does.
Electronic City and the Neotown Road Pocket
Concorde Electronic City is planned in Electronic City Phase 1, beside GM Infinite E-City Town and Neotown, both developed by others. Electronic City is an established residential and employment corridor with a technology ecosystem, and Infosys, Wipro, Biocon, HCL, Siemens, Hewlett Packard and Software Technology Parks of India all have campuses within about 2 to 3.5 km by road of the Neotown Road area.
All distances are routed road distances from the Neotown Road area of Electronic City Phase 1, a reference point for the locality, because Concorde has not announced the project's address.
For a buyer who works at one of these campuses, the daily route is a matter of a few kilometres. Hosur Road (NH 44) is the main exit towards Central Silk Board, reached about 3 km away at Hebbagodi, and the Namma Metro Yellow Line, open to the public since 11 August 2025, has Biocon Hebbagodi station about 3 km by road and Electronic City station about 5 km. Central Silk Board, the Yellow Line interchange with the Blue Line that is under construction, is about 16 km by road, HSR Layout about 14 km and Koramangala about 18 km. Kempegowda International Airport is about 55 km by road, and no direct metro or rail link serves it yet.
Several other apartment projects are registered in the Electronic City Phase 1 area, among them Mahendra Arto Helix, Habulus Tranquil, Habulus Oasis Grove and Keya The Lake Terraces, so comparing registrations, completion dates and sizes is part of choosing here. The location page gives the full set of stations, roads, schools, hospitals and shops.

Concorde Electronic City Overview FAQs
What is Concorde Electronic City?
Concorde Electronic City is the name this site uses for Concorde's upcoming apartment project in Electronic City, Bengaluru. Concorde announced the project on 8 September 2026 and has not yet named it, so the name may change when it does. The community is planned with about 300 apartments in 2, 3 and 4 BHK on about 4 acres, with about 5.25 lakh sq ft of built-up area, and it is not registered with K-RERA as at 7 October 2026.
How big is Concorde Electronic City?
Concorde Electronic City is planned on about 4 acres with about 300 apartments and about 5.25 lakh sq ft of built-up area, which works out to about 75 homes an acre (300 homes on about 4 acres). Concorde has not announced the number of towers, floors or apartment sizes. The built-up figure is a project total, not a size per home, so it should not be divided by the number of apartments.
Which apartment types are planned at Concorde Electronic City?
The project is planned with 2, 3 and 4 BHK apartments. Concorde has not announced how many homes of each type, the carpet or super built-up sizes, or the floor plans, so none are given here. The floor plans page sets out the sizes of Concorde's earlier apartment projects and explains the difference between carpet area and super built-up area, so you can compare once Concorde publishes plans for this project.
Is Concorde Electronic City the same as Concorde Neo or Concorde Manhattans?
No. Concorde Electronic City is a separate, upcoming project. Concorde Manhattans and Concorde's other Electronic City communities are completed and are not part of it. Concorde Neo is a different Concorde apartment project on Thanisandra Main Road in north Bengaluru, and Neotown in Electronic City is a separate township, so the similar names do not mean the projects are linked.
What approvals has Concorde announced for Concorde Electronic City?
Concorde has announced no approvals for this project as at 7 October 2026, including a plan sanction or an environmental clearance. The project is also not registered with K-RERA as at 7 October 2026. Electronic City is outside the five Greater Bengaluru city corporations, and bringing it under the Greater Bengaluru Authority or the Bangalore Development Authority's planning area is under discussion (as at May 2026). Ask which local body and khata apply to the address once Concorde announces it, and ask for each approval in writing before you pay anything.
How far is Concorde Electronic City from the airport?
Kempegowda International Airport is about 55 km by road from the Neotown Road area of Electronic City Phase 1, the reference point this site uses until Concorde announces the address. There is no direct metro or rail link yet. The Namma Metro Blue Line to the airport is under construction and starts at Central Silk Board, with its full line targeted for March 2028, so a rider from Electronic City would change from the Yellow Line there.
