Concorde Electronic City is a planned apartment community of about 300 homes in 2, 3 and 4 BHK on about 4 acres, next to GM Infinite E-City Town and Neotown in Electronic City Phase 1, with about 5.25 lakh sq ft of built-up area. Concorde announced the project on 8 September 2026. The community is purely residential.
Upcoming - Concorde has not yet named this project or announced a price, and it is not registered with K-RERA as at 7 October 2026.
Concorde Electronic City is the name this site uses for Concorde's upcoming apartment project in Electronic City. Concorde has not yet named the project, so the name may change when it does. Concorde Electronic City is a separate, upcoming project, not one of Concorde's earlier Electronic City communities.
Each part of the project has its own page: the overview, location, master plan, floor plans, gallery, amenities, price, reviews and builder pages, with the contact page for registering your interest. The sections below give each one in brief.
About 300 apartments, about 4 acres and a purely residential plan make up Concorde Electronic City, a new project from a developer that has built in Electronic City since its early years. The homes are planned in 2, 3 and 4 BHK, and the community carries about 5.25 lakh sq ft of built-up area, a project total rather than a size per home.
In numbers / Concorde Electronic City
Concorde E City is the short form of the same name. The overview page walks through the project, the Neotown Road pocket of Electronic City and Concorde's earlier communities, and the contact page is where you ask to hear more.

Electronic City Phase 1 places the community in one of Bengaluru's main technology employment hubs: the campuses of Infosys, Wipro, Biocon, HCL, Siemens, Hewlett Packard and Software Technology Parks of India are each about 2 to 3.5 km by road, Hosur Road (NH 44) is about 3 km away at Hebbagodi, and the Namma Metro Yellow Line has been open to the public since 11 August 2025.
All distances are routed road distances from the Neotown Road area of Electronic City Phase 1, a reference point for the locality, because Concorde has not announced the project's address.
| From the Neotown Road area | Road distance |
|---|---|
| Biocon Hebbagodi, Yellow Line station (open) | about 3 km |
| Hosur Road (NH 44) at Hebbagodi | about 3 km |
| Infosys, Electronic City campus | about 3 to 3.5 km |
| Electronic City, Yellow Line station (open) | about 5 km |
| Central Silk Board junction | about 16 km |
| Kempegowda International Airport | about 55 km |
The Yellow Line stations are about 3 to 5 km by road, a drive or a feeder ride rather than a walk. At Central Silk Board the Yellow Line meets the Blue Line, the airport line, which is under construction with its full line targeted for March 2028; no direct rail or metro link to the airport exists yet. The location page adds work hubs, schools, hospitals, retail and the trade-offs of the corridor, and the contact page is open for questions.
Four acres, about 300 homes and a purely residential community are the core of the plan announced so far for Concorde Electronic City. The density works out to about 75 homes an acre (300 homes on about 4 acres), and the built-up area is about 5.25 lakh sq ft, a project total and not a size per home.

Concorde has not announced towers or floors, and it has announced no approvals for this project as at 7 October 2026. A sanctioned plan is where towers, parking and open space are fixed, so the master plan page shows how Concorde has planned its earlier apartment communities and what to ask for when this plan is published. The contact page is the way to be told when it is.
The apartments are planned in three types: 2, 3 and 4 BHK. Concorde has not announced apartment sizes, towers or floors, so the layouts shown for Concorde Electronic City are blurred indicative impressions made for this site, not Concorde's plans, and no size is given.
For a sense of the range Concorde works in, unit sizes of 1,200 to 1,870 sq ft are at Concorde Sienna on Hennur Main Road, a separate Concorde apartment project. It is not a size for this one. The floor plans page explains how to read an apartment plan, from carpet area to super built-up area, and the contact page is where you ask to hear when plans are published.
These are blurred indicative layouts, drawn as artist's impressions. They are not Concorde's drawings and carry no dimensions or confirmed home sizes.

The gallery pairs indicative impressions of an apartment community with views of Electronic City through the day: the campuses, Hosur Road and the Yellow Line. Every impression is indicative and is not Concorde's drawing, because Concorde has not announced the project's imagery, and official imagery will follow once Concorde announces more. The gallery page brings the impressions together, and the contact page is the way to hear when official imagery is added.

The community is planned with amenities and lifestyle features; Concorde has not announced the list. Concorde's earlier apartment communities show how it builds them: a 20,000 sq ft clubhouse and 23+ lifestyle amenities are at Concorde Manhattans in Electronic City Phase 1, and a 10,000 sq ft clubhouse with 75% open space is at Concorde Sienna on Hennur Main Road. Those are earlier projects and not a promise about this one. The amenities page tabulates them and lists what to ask for, and the contact page is where you register to hear the list when it is announced.
The 2, 3 and 4 BHK apartments at Concorde Electronic City carry Karnataka's statutory costs on top of the agreement value: stamp duty of 5% with a cess and surcharge, a registration fee of 2% and GST of 5% on an under-construction home. This site plans on about 12.65% all-in, which is Rs 12,65,000 on every Rs 1 crore of agreement value.
Concorde has not announced a price for this project as at 7 October 2026. Concorde Electronic City is not registered with K-RERA as at 7 October 2026. Confirm any registration before you pay anything. The price page works through the sums and lists the nearby registered projects, and the contact page is where you ask to be told when Concorde announces a price.
Concorde's five recent apartment projects, Concorde Sienna, Concorde Eleve, Concorde Neo, Concorde Mayfair and Concorde Antares, each carry a K-RERA registration, and its Electronic City communities are completed. That record is the guide to Concorde Electronic City today, because a new project has no reviews of its own. Read recent reviews of the specific project before you decide.
Concorde has not announced a possession date, so measure delivery against the proposed completion date registered for each project. The reviews page sets out the record project by project, and the contact page is open if you want to ask about it.
Concorde Group has built in Bengaluru since 1998, across apartments, villas, plotted developments and commercial space, and was founded by B S Shivarama and R Gopal Reddy. Concorde has built in Electronic City since its early years, and five of its communities in Electronic City Phase 1, all completed, are listed below.
| Community | Type | Scale |
|---|---|---|
| Concorde Manhattans | Apartments | 13 acres, 976 homes |
| Concorde Midway City | Apartments | 5.1 acres, 240 homes |
| Concorde Tech Turf | Apartments | 1.26 acres |
| Concorde Cuppertino | Villas | 182 villas on 13 acres |
| Concorde Silicon Valley | Villas | 229 villas on 18 acres |
These are earlier, separate projects, and nothing in the table is a statement about Concorde Electronic City. The builder page adds Concorde's K-RERA registered apartment projects, its villa and plotted layouts and how Concorde registers its projects, and the contact page is where you ask about the developer.
Concorde Electronic City is the name this site uses for Concorde's upcoming apartment project in Electronic City, Bengaluru. Concorde announced the project on 8 September 2026 and has not yet named it, so the name may change when it does. The community is planned with about 300 apartments in 2, 3 and 4 BHK on about 4 acres, with about 5.25 lakh sq ft of built-up area, and it is not registered with K-RERA as at 7 October 2026.
Concorde Electronic City is in Electronic City Phase 1, next to GM Infinite E-City Town and Neotown, in south Bengaluru. Concorde has not announced the street address, so every distance on this site is a routed road distance from the Neotown Road area of Electronic City Phase 1, a reference point for the locality. From that area the Biocon Hebbagodi Yellow Line station is about 3 km by road, Electronic City station about 5 km and Kempegowda International Airport about 55 km.
No. Concorde Electronic City is not registered with K-RERA as at 7 October 2026, and Concorde has announced no registration number or approvals for the project. Treat any RERA number or claim of RERA approval for this project with caution. Confirm any registration before you pay anything, and check that the project name, promoter and location on the registration match what you were shown.
Concorde has not announced a price for this project as at 7 October 2026, so no per sq ft rate or price band exists yet, and any figure given before Concorde publishes one is not Concorde's. The price page shows how Karnataka's stamp duty, registration fee and GST add about 12.65% to an apartment's agreement value, and lists the nearby registered projects.
No. Concorde has announced neither a launch date nor a possession date as at 7 October 2026, and nothing is on sale. Register your interest on the contact page and you will hear when Concorde announces more. For context on timing, Concorde's five apartment projects registered since December 2023 each have a proposed completion date between 4.6 and 5.8 years after K-RERA registration; that is a pattern in earlier projects, not a date for this one.
Concorde Electronic City is planned on about 4 acres with about 300 apartments and about 5.25 lakh sq ft of built-up area, which works out to about 75 homes an acre (300 homes on about 4 acres). Concorde has not announced the number of towers, floors or apartment sizes. The built-up figure is a project total, not a size per home, so it should not be divided by the number of apartments.
The project is planned with 2, 3 and 4 BHK apartments. Concorde has not announced how many homes of each type, the carpet or super built-up sizes, or the floor plans, so none are given here. The floor plans page sets out the sizes of Concorde's earlier apartment projects and explains the difference between carpet area and super built-up area, so you can compare once Concorde publishes plans for this project.
Concorde Electronic City is planned next to GM Infinite E-City Town and Neotown in Electronic City Phase 1, both developed by others. Several other apartment projects are registered in the same pocket, so ask Concorde for the survey numbers and address once they are announced. Until then this site measures distances from the Neotown Road area of Electronic City Phase 1 and gives no street address or postal code.
The Namma Metro Yellow Line from RV Road to Bommasandra has been open to the public since 11 August 2025. By road from the Neotown Road area of Electronic City Phase 1, Biocon Hebbagodi station is about 3 km away, Huskur Road station about 3.5 to 4 km, Delta Electronics Bommasandra about 3.5 to 4.5 km and Electronic City station about 5 km. Central Silk Board is about 16 km by road. These are distances from a reference point, not from the project's gate.
Kempegowda International Airport is about 55 km by road from the Neotown Road area of Electronic City Phase 1, the reference point this site uses until Concorde announces the address. There is no direct metro or rail link yet. The Namma Metro Blue Line to the airport is under construction and starts at Central Silk Board, with its full line targeted for March 2028, so a rider from Electronic City would change from the Yellow Line there.
Neither is better for everyone, and the answer depends on where you work. Electronic City is home to campuses such as Infosys, Wipro, Biocon, HCL and Siemens, all about 2.5 to 3.5 km by road from the Neotown Road area of Electronic City Phase 1, and the Yellow Line runs from there towards Silk Board. Whitefield is about 28 km by road from the same area, so choose the corridor nearest your workplace and compare prices and possession dates, not only location.
Concorde has built in Bengaluru since 1998, across apartments, villas, plotted developments and commercial space. Its recent apartment projects Concorde Sienna, Concorde Eleve, Concorde Neo, Concorde Mayfair and Concorde Antares each carry a K-RERA registration, listed on the builder page with their numbers. Read recent reviews of the specific project, check delivery against the proposed completion date registered with K-RERA for each project and visit a completed community before you decide.
Concorde has built in Electronic City since its early years. Its Electronic City Phase 1 communities include Concorde Manhattans, an apartment community of 976 homes on 13 acres, Concorde Midway City, Concorde Tech Turf, and the villa communities Concorde Cuppertino and Concorde Silicon Valley, all completed. These are earlier, separate projects, so Concorde Electronic City is not a new phase of any of them. The builder page lists each with its scale.
On an under-construction apartment above Rs 45 lakh, Karnataka charges stamp duty of 5% plus a cess of 0.5% and a surcharge of 0.15% in a rural panchayat area (0.1% in a city corporation or municipal area), a registration fee of 2% since 31 August 2025, and GST of 5% with no input tax credit. This site plans on 12.65% all-in, the higher of the two surcharge cases, until the address is known. Per Rs 1 crore of agreement value that is Rs 12.65 lakh: Rs 5 lakh stamp duty, Rs 0.65 lakh cess and surcharge, Rs 2 lakh registration and Rs 5 lakh GST.
Check the K-RERA registration number and the promoter named on it, the sanctioned plan showing the towers, parking and open space, the land title and the khata, and the carpet and super built-up area of the home you are shown. Concorde has announced none of these for Concorde Electronic City as at 7 October 2026, so ask for each in writing once Concorde announces the project and compare the payment schedule against the proposed completion date registered with K-RERA.
No. Concorde Electronic City is a separate, upcoming project. Concorde Manhattans and Concorde's other Electronic City communities are completed and are not part of it. Concorde Neo is a different Concorde apartment project on Thanisandra Main Road in north Bengaluru, and Neotown in Electronic City is a separate township, so the similar names do not mean the projects are linked.
